We group our product portfolio in three mayor groups:
Products subjected to a process that ensures the preservation of original nutritional and organoleptic properties of the fresh raw material, by controlling the processing temperatures below 45 ºC (110ºF).
Grains with an extraordinary high nutritional value, native to the Andean region and traditionally cultivated by the rural farming communities.
Excellent flavour cacao, carefully cultivated and processed to enhance flavour, aroma and texture, so as to preserve the high antioxidant content of this “Food of the Gods”.
